Recruiting

Ross Energy Club members are passionate about becoming energy industry leaders. A major role of the Ross Energy Club is to connect recruiting organizations with Ross MBAs. We help recruiters access talented, interested students by:

• Providing copies of the Ross Energy Club resume book
• Booking and coordinating company presentations and recruiting visits
• Offering corporate sponsorship of the Ross Energy Club and its events

Additionally, REC helps to prepare students for energy industry careers by educating them on specific companies and fuctions within the industry as well as hosting educational events on topics such as career paths, energy resources, recruiting tips and general industry knowledge.

REC also hosts an annual Carbon Symposium, the Renewable Energy Case Competition, and participates in the Ross West Coast Forum, an annual fall recruiting trip to the San Francisco Bay area.
