The EMC's Career Development Officers focus on equipping our members with skills, knowledge and resources that will position them for a job or internship matching their career aspirations.  Since our members have varied interests, we offer a mix of resources that meet different needs:

• Job Board: member-only resource that connects EMC members to cutting edge internships and job opportunites. New opportunites posted every week.
• Self-Directed Search Process: coordinating career workshops, creating thought frameworks and aggregating online resources via a Job Monitoring agent that reflects our members' interests
• DC Trek: opportunity for students to network with representatives from the public sector, aid agencies and private social enterprise organizations
• Alumni-Member Buddy System: by pairing incoming members with an alumni outside of Ross who can offer perspective on the economy and prospects for jobs in the emerging markets sector
• Faculty Information Interviews: where our members can participate on small group conference calls to learn about different organizations and understand the opportunities for an MBA within the profession.
